In South Africa, where the construction sector is a significant contributor to economic growth and development, robust regulations are essential to safeguard the well-being of workers, protect the environment, and maintain the quality of constructed infrastructure.
In terms of the Occupational Helath and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993), the Construction Regulations 2014 aims to place legal responsibilities on all key stakeholders in the construction industry to address and radically improve health and safety issues on construction sites.

The event is available as a pre-recording with a duration of ± 4 hours.You may stop and continue later. On the last day of every month a list of those who have succesfully completed the event will be extracted from the system and CPD certificates genereate - these certificates will be available on the e-Portal with the first two weeks of the next month.
It is validated for 0.4 CPD Category 1 points for SACAP registered professionals.
