RULES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF CPD ATTENDANCE REGISTERS AND THE ISSUE OF CPD CERTIFICATES

• Please ensure that all data is correct. A fee of R172.50.00 will be charged for any errors in certificates that need correction.

• Please ensure that submissions are done as soon as possible after the event.

• For all submissions not complying with the above, a Rejection Notice will be issued via e-mail to the e-mail address supplied on the submission form. A new submission will be required.
