ABOUT THIS CPD EVENT

The JBCC® Minor Works Agreement is a streamlined construction contract meant for simple projects lasting nine months or less, with no provision for subcontractors. It balances contractual risks fairly and outlines a clear process for execution, time extensions, defects liability, and the final account. 

This live online event will explain the requirements and provide an exercise in creating payment certificates.

​It is validated for 0.5 CPD Category 1 points for SACAP-registered professionals.
