BUILDING PLAN APPROVAL - POLOKWANE 15 APRIL 2025 (LIVE EVENT - NOT ONLINE)
This live event to be hosted in POLOKWANE on 15 April 2025 will contribute to the continuing development of the architectural professional by providing further mobility and transportability within the field of applying and understanding the requirements of submitting building plans according to the National Building Regulations in South Africa.
ABOUT THIS CPD EVENT
There are several misinterpretations regarding the submission and approval process regarding building plans in South Africa. During this event the requirements as stipulated in the National Building Regulations and Standards Act (Act 103 of 1977, as amended) and the National Building Regulations (as amended) published in terms of the Act will be discussed with focus on the responsibilities of the owner (or appointed agent) and a local authority.
The event will also include a brief discussion on recently published revisions of SANS 10400 national standards, especially SANS 10400-T and SANS 10400-O.
