Use the latest Attendance Register available for download on the VALIDATED CPD PROVIDERS ADMIN webpage; your submission will be rejected if an older version is used.
Please ensure that all data is correct. A fee of R575.00 will be charged for any errors on certificates that need correction.
Please ensure that submissions are done as soon as possible after the event. Submissions for events older than 6 months will be charged an administration fee of R172.50 as we have to do a special submission to SACAP.
CPD certificates will be generated and posted on the SAIAT e-Portal within the first 10 (ten) business days of the month following the submission of the registers, not the date of the event. All validated CPD Providers are required to inform delegates at their events.
For online events, only a system-generated attendance register showing a participant's total time online will be accepted. This can be in Excel or PDF format. If in PDF, ensure that all columns are on one page.
For live/in-person events, only a signed copy of the LATEST SAIAT CPD Attendance Register (available for download online) will be accepted.
For both types of events, a typed SAIAT CPD Attendance register in the correct format must be submitted (no signature required on this register; we will copy and paste from it). Your submission will be rejected if it is not in the correct format—capital letters where required, the correct SACAP registration category, etc.
For all submissions not complying with the above, a Rejection Notice will be issued via e-mail to the e-mail address supplied on the submission form. You will then have to resubmit, and the new submission date will determine when the CPD certificates are issued to the RPs.
