This virtual event will contribute to the continuing development of the architectural professional by providing further mobility and transportability within the field of applying and understanding water reticulation and re-use in buildings. ABOUT THIS CPD EVENT
The proper installation of all types of piping and piping materials, fittings, and fixtures for water systems is essential. This includes domestic cold and hot water, and also piping and fixtures for fire protection and firefighting water systems.
Globally, water reuse has been recognized for decades as a key component of sustainable water management in water-scarce environments. However, water reuse has not been widely implemented in South Africa, largely due to negative public perceptions
In this workshop, water reticulation and reuse in residential buildings will be discussed as well as requirements set in SANS 10252-1, SANS 3088, and SANS 1752.
DURATION AND CPD:
The event is available as a pre-recording with a duration of ± 7 hours.You may stop and continue later. On the last day of every month a list of those who have succesfully completed the event will be extracted from the system and CPD certificates genereate - these certificates will be available on the e-Portal with the first two weeks of the next month.
It is validated for 0.7 CPD Category 1 points for SACAP registered professionals.
